Meet the Team

Eric Allen, CEO

After years of management roles in the telecommunications industry, Eric had a burning desire to go a different direction with his career. In 2018 he co-founded Flyte HCM and set out to build it as a modern HR company that provides impactful solutions to the everyday employer. As Flyte HCM continues to successfully grow, Eric provides strong leadership for the company by working with his team to establish goals, plans and strategies. Eric inspires people to action through his charismatic and inspirational influence. Through all the highs and lows of growing a business, Eric helps ensure that everyone has a great time doing it.

Jennifer Ristow, President

Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in the areas of accounting, payroll and human resources, and it shows. She is a powerhouse as the President of Flyte HCM, working closely with businesses to consult on best practices within the compliance sectors of benefits administration, payroll and human resources. She is continually improving internal systems and cultivates the Flyte HCM team to provide outstanding service to clients and their human capital. Jennifer is a true example of strength, tenacity and passion which illuminates in everything she does.

Katie Zeitler, Director of Technology

Katie is the mastermind behind Flyte HCM’s software development and making sure our systems are running in top shape. Katie has over 13 years of experience in the HR and health benefits industry coupled with a degree in multimedia and web design which makes her a powerful force when it comes to innovating new HR software platforms and streamlining current technology systems. Katie solves any problem that is thrown her way and her heart for the team is that everyone has what they need to be successful at what they do.
